Visio – AI Photo Editor ("Visio", "we", "us", or "our"), produced and operated by Vision Labs Yazılım Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi ("Vision Labs"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you use the Visio mobile application and related services (the "Service"), how we use that information, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Photos You Upload
When you use the Service, you may upload photos, which may include images of your face. These photos are required to provide Visio's AI-powered editing features, such as enhancements, filters, hairstyle changes, face-related adjustments, and similar transformations.
We use uploaded photos solely to provide the editing features you request. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise use your photos for advertising purposes.
No Storage of Derived Face Data on Our Servers
We do not create or store facial recognition templates, embeddings, faceprints, facial landmarks, depth maps, or other derived biometric identifiers on our servers. The only face-related data we store on our servers is the photo content itself, and only temporarily as described in this Privacy Policy.
Google Sign-In and Account Information
If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive certain account information from Google to authenticate you and create or maintain your account in the Service. This information may include:
- your name
- your email address
- your Google account identifier or other authentication-related identifier
- basic profile information made available by Google for sign-in
We use this information solely for purposes such as:
- authentication and login
- account creation and account management
- identifying your account across devices or sessions
- providing customer support and service-related communications
- maintaining the security and integrity of the Service
We do not receive your Google password.
In-App Purchase and Subscription Information
If you make a purchase or subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment processing is handled entirely by the relevant platform. We may receive limited transaction-related information, such as subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, renewal status, purchase tokens, or transaction identifiers, as necessary to provide paid features, validate purchases, prevent fraud, and assist with support or refund-related processes.

3. Service Providers and Third-Party Processing
To provide the Service, we use carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions. These may include:
- Google: used for generative AI processing of photos you submit and, where applicable, authentication through Google Sign-In
- Cloudflare: used for temporary storage, delivery, security, and infrastructure-related services
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: used to process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and related billing functions
These providers may process personal data only as necessary to provide their respective services.You may be required to sign in with a third-party authentication provider, such as Google, to access some or all features of the Service. By using such sign-in methods, you agree that we may rely on the account information provided by that authentication provider to create and manage your account, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

- Uploaded photos are stored temporarily and deleted when technically feasible.
- We do not store derived face-related biometric data on our servers.
- Account-related information, such as your email address or sign-in identifier, may be retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
- Purchase and subscription records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support, and platform reporting purposes.
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize personal data once it is no longer needed.

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process personal data for one or more of the following reasons:

Please note:
- deleting the app does not automatically delete your account or all related records
- deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription
- some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or platform compliance purposes
10. In-App Purchases
Visio offers in-app purchases and subscription services.
Apple App Store
If you subscribe through Apple, all billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Payments are charged to your Apple account. Subscription management and cancellation must be handled through your Apple account settings.
Google Play Store
If you subscribe through Google Play, all billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Google and are subject to Google's terms and policies. Payments are charged to your Google account. Subscription management and cancellation must be handled through your Google Play account settings.
Deleting your Visio account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription and does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Consent to Share Consumption and Transaction-Related Data
Where permitted or required by platform rules, we may share limited usage, entitlement, and transaction-related data with Apple and/or Google to support refund handling, purchase validation, fraud prevention, and compliance with platform obligations.
12. Google Play and Google Sign-In Specific Disclosures
In accordance with Google Play and Google authentication requirements:
- If you use Google Sign-In, we may collect your email address, name, and Google account identifier for authentication and account management.
- If you upload photos for AI editing, those photos may be processed by Google for the purpose of providing the requested transformation.
- We do not use Google Sign-In data or uploaded photos for advertising purposes.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Children's Privacy
Visio is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
If local law sets a higher minimum age for digital consent, that higher age standard may apply in your jurisdiction.
